The successful completion of this course enables you to create a new Microsoft Project 2016 project plan from scratch. You can also manage existing Project Plans made on any version of Microsoft Project.
You will Create and Update a project plan to reflect progress as you execute the project. Enter resources and costing information. Monitor project progress in the project plan. Adjust the project plan to control variances. Create project reports with confidence to share a project’s status.
Project 2016 – Part 1
Microsoft Project 2016 – Part 1 is designed to familiarize delegates with basic features of MS Project and in-depth Project Planning using a Project Plan so they can use this knowledge in planing an actual project in a real-world environment.
